Strategy sprint or workshop
Use a defined project amount for a diagnostic, workshop, assessment, planning session or decision-focused engagement.
Contained advisory workStructure strategy projects, workshops, advisory milestones and recurring retainers with a Service Order, Buyer checkout, delivery record and supplier payout that stay connected.
Consulting is easier to buy when the client can see what the engagement includes before paying, even when the value is a decision, recommendation, workshop or ongoing access to expertise.
Playto can support common professional-service transaction structures where they are enabled for the account and recorded in the accepted Service Order.
Use a defined project amount for a diagnostic, workshop, assessment, planning session or decision-focused engagement.
Contained advisory workSplit a larger transformation or strategy project into funded phases such as diagnostic, recommendation and implementation support.
Multi-stage consultingDefine the recurring amount, service period, cadence and cancellation terms before the client authorizes ongoing payment.
Ongoing advisoryStructure ongoing specialist or executive support without implying employment or promising a particular business result.
Fractional operating supportProposal, contract and client-portal tools can stay in the consulting stack. Playto should stay focused on making the payment transaction itself carry the advisory scope and verified trust context that matter at the moment of purchase.
The Service Order does not need to turn advice into a commodity. It does need to give the client and consultant a shared reference for what the engagement includes.
Record the workshop purpose, participants, timing and any memo, synthesis or action plan included in the Service.
Define the inputs, review scope and expected diagnostic output without promising a specific commercial outcome.
A strategy deck, decision memo, operating plan or recommendation review can be a concrete delivery event.
Where the engagement includes implementation support, identify the advisory period, responsibilities and expected cadence.
Recurring billing by itself is not enough for an advisory relationship. Playto's service-specific requirement is that the recurring payment should still explain the recurring professional Service.
Additional workshops, implementation projects or materially expanded scope should not be silently treated as part of the original recurring authorization.
Consulting engagements often evolve. The transaction should evolve clearly with them.
A new workshop, offsite or diagnostic can be treated as distinct approved scope instead of silently inheriting an unrelated payment authorization.
If recommendations turn into implementation support, record the expanded responsibilities, amount and delivery expectations.
A recurring relationship should not become an open-ended mandate for any future service the consultant might perform.
Where more teams, sessions or deliverables materially change the engagement, reflect that change in the commercial record.
CRM, proposals, contracts, scheduling, files and client portals can stay in the systems you already use. Generic billing can stay separate too.
Playto should stay focused on the commercial transaction itself: what the client bought, how they paid, what was delivered, what happened if there was an issue, and how the consultant was paid.
Global collection is only one part of the problem. Playto's opportunity is to keep the Buyer payment attached to the specific consulting engagement and Service record.
Supported cards, wallets, bank and wire transfers, and local methods can be surfaced where they are enabled for the transaction.
The accepted transaction should clearly identify the Buyer-facing amount and currency before payment.
The Buyer payment and the consultant payout are separate events with their own status and applicable route.

Approved recurring professional-service engagements for ongoing executive or specialist support.
A Service Order can include an advance where the approved account setup supports it. The transaction should state what the advance covers and the applicable release conditions.
Yes. Separately priced and funded phases can be described in the Service Order and tracked against their own delivery event and review period.
Recurring payments can support ongoing advisory services where the account and payment method are enabled and the Buyer authorizes the recurring amount, frequency and cancellation terms.
Not merely because a recurring authorization exists. Materially additional services should follow the agreed scope and applicable Buyer authorization.
Under the current Buyer Terms, the Buyer purchases the applicable professional Service from Playto as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.
No. Playto can administer the transaction and preserve the commercial record, but it does not guarantee that advice or recommendations will produce a particular business, financial, regulatory or operational result.
Start with the advisory objective, client, scope, amount, project phases or recurring structure, and delivery events. We can map the engagement into the Playto transaction flow and confirm the account setup that applies.
