Playto pricing is simple and transparent.
No setup fee, no monthly fee, and no hidden charges. You only pay when you get paid, and every tool on Playto is included in that one fee.
No setup fee
No monthly fee
No hidden charges
Transaction fees
This fee is deducted automatically from each payment, so there is never a separate bill.
Everything is included
Most platforms charge a separate fee for billing, invoicing, a storefront, and the tools you use to sell. Playto does not. You build and sell everything below on Playto, and the only fee is the transaction fee above. Nothing per tool, nothing monthly.
When you get paid
Payouts always land on a Monday. After a payment comes in, it is held for a short minimum period, and then paid out on the next Monday after that period ends. Most accounts are on the weekly cycle, where the minimum hold is 7 days.
Payment Received
A customer pays you on Monday the 1st.
Hold Cycle Clears
The 7-day hold ends on the 8th.
Next Monday
The next Monday is Monday the 8th, so you are paid on the 8th. That is 7 days.
Payout fees
The fee is per payout, not per transaction. Minimum payout. $100 in India, $200 international. Anything below that rolls into your next payout.
Rolling reserve
A rolling reserve is not a fee. It is your money, held for a short time and then returned to you. We hold 10% of each payment for 120 days, then release it back to you. It is held only to cover a possible dispute during that window. If no dispute happens, you receive all of it back.
Refunds
If you refund a customer, there is a $5 refund fee, and the original transaction fee is kept.
Chargeback prevention, enabled by default
Every Playto account has chargeback prevention switched on by default, at no extra setup cost. Playto is connected to the card networks early-warning systems, Ethoca, Verifi, and Visa RDR (Rapid Dispute Resolution). When a customer is about to dispute a payment, Playto is alerted first and can resolve it before it ever becomes a formal chargeback.
Disputes and chargebacks
$50.00A dispute, also called a chargeback, is when a customer asks their bank to reverse a card payment. Handling a dispute costs $50 plus the original transaction fee, whatever the outcome.
When an alert is resolved
When an alert is resolved this way, the fee is $50 plus the original transaction fee, the customer is refunded, and it does not count as a chargeback against your account.
