1. About this Legal Center

This Legal Center is the public index for Playto's current legal documents. It helps you identify the terms, policies and disclosures relevant to the way you use Playto.

This page is an index, not a standalone transaction agreement.

Listing a document here does not make every document apply to every person, account or transaction. The applicable documents depend on your role, the Service you use, the transaction and any Service Order, Account Schedule, authorization or other terms that apply to that relationship.

Playto is operated by Playto, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

9. Document Priority and Provider-Specific Terms

Each governing agreement contains the rules that determine how it interacts with other documents. Where a document expressly governs a specific subject, it applies to that subject to the extent provided by the governing agreement.

A Service Order, Account Schedule, payment authorization, mandate or provider-specific notice may add transaction-specific information or requirements. It does not silently replace unrelated terms unless the governing documents expressly permit that result.

Mandatory law, payment-method rules or other binding requirements apply where they cannot lawfully be varied by contract.

The Legal Center itself does not create an order of precedence different from the order stated in the applicable agreements.

10. Versions, Updates and Acceptance

Each legal document should identify its applicable date or version. Playto may update documents prospectively as its services, laws or operating arrangements change.

Where applicable law or a governing agreement requires advance notice, renewed consent or renewed contractual acceptance for a material change, Playto will use the required process.

Publishing a revised document does not by itself prove that a particular person accepted it where affirmative acceptance is required, and it does not retroactively rewrite a completed transaction.

Playto may preserve prior versions and acceptance records where reasonably necessary for contractual, legal, audit, dispute or compliance purposes. If you need the version applicable to a particular transaction or account, contact support and identify the relevant reference.
